Dixie Deer Collection StationThis collection station opened January 2009. Thank you for being patient with us as we work to meet your waste hauling needs. Please take note of the new hours. Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 7am – 5pm
Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 7am – 5pm
Sunday: 8am – 5pm

Services

trash-drop-offHousehold Trash:
Washington County Residents can dispose of their household trash for free.

green-wasteGreen Waste:
Residents can drop off their tree limbs. They are then mulched and placed behind the Fire station in Central where residents are welcome to pickup and use.

electronicsElectronic Scrap:
Residents can drop off any electronic item to be recycled.

metalsMetal Scrap:
Large metal items can be dropped off in the Metals Only roll off to be recycled.

Residents can recycle paper, plastic, metal and glass. For more information, download the Recycling Chart or call (435) 673-2813.

tiresTire Recycling:
Residents can drop off tires for a nominal fee. Click on this link for prices.

Commercial Waste:
Business may bring in their waste at a charge of $5 per cubic yard.  Each load will be measured to determine the yardage.
